Custom Order - Where Your Design Meets Our Craft
We proudly offer custom design services for knives, axes, swords, and other specialty blades. Simply provide your design or concept, and our skilled craftsmen will bring it to life with precision and care. Custom orders typically require 3 to 5 weeks for completion, depending on complexity. A partial advance payment is required to begin production. Please note: all custom sales are final. Once an order is placed, it is non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, so we encourage careful review before confirming your design.

Returns & Refund Policy
At Knives By Wild Edge, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our blades. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:
14-Day Exchange & Store Credit
- •You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your item.
- •Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- •Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom Orders
- •Custom-made items (including personalized engravings, bespoke designs, or modified products) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- •Please review your custom order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Only exchanges or store credit will be issued for eligible returns.
How to Start a Return
